Terms of Service

Nova is operated by PT Efolusi Dunia Teknologi ("Efolusi", "we", "us"), a company registered in Indonesia under NIB 1510240001479, at Bumi Cikande Indah, Blok D12 No 15, Cikande, Kab. Serang, Banten 42186, Indonesia.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Nova is a multi-tenant workspace where your team and an AI agent collaborate in a group chat to complete repetitive web and office tasks. The agent plans work, uses connected apps and a browser on your behalf, and asks for your approval before actions you have marked as requiring review.

You are responsible for the tasks you dispatch, the credentials you connect, and ensuring your use complies with the terms of any third-party service the agent accesses for you.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. A workspace (organization) may have multiple members; the owner controls membership, roles, billing, and connected integrations. You are responsible for activity under your organization.

You may not use Nova to break the law, infringe others' rights, send spam, attempt to breach security or tenant isolation, or automate access to a third-party service in violation of that service's terms. We may suspend access for conduct that threatens the platform or other customers.

Nova offers a Free tier and paid plans (Pro, Max) plus token packs. Paid plan prices are shown on the pricing page. When you pay by card, your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel; you may cancel anytime from Settings → Billing, effective at the end of the current paid period. Crypto and Indonesian (IDR) payments are one-time and do not renew.

Prices are shown in USD and may be charged in your local currency (including IDR) by Paddle at checkout. Taxes are added where applicable. See our Refund Policy for cancellation and refund terms.

You retain all rights to the data, files, and prompts you bring to Nova. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service for you (store, process, and transmit your content to complete your tasks). We do not use your prompts, files, or outputs to train models.

Nova is provided "as is". An autonomous agent can make mistakes; you are responsible for reviewing its output before relying on it, especially for actions with real-world consequences. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
